"Very friendly staff. The indoor pool was nice - good size with towels, shower, hot tub, etc. We stayed in one of the little cabins in back and it was great for our family of 5. Included breakfast was nice and had a variety of options. We would stay here again."

"Nice older motel style rooms. Smaller unit for my wife and I, but overal nice accomodations. The staff was very friendly and gave great area food recomendations. Nothing fancy but clean and affordable."

"It was imaginatively set out.Fun to walk around Very friendly staff. I suggest grab bars in the bathrooms. Its very inexpensive and makes a big difference in the use of the toilet. Remember how many aging Boomers there are around now."

"Stayed for lobsterfest which was conveniently right next door. Plenty of delicious local foods/restaurants/bars. Right by the docks where you can sail the Morning in Maine sunrise/sunset tour. Also very close to Owls Head for lighthouse about 10 min drive and a sandy beach for swimming about 10 min walk. 30 minutes from Marshall Point lighthouse if you want to visit Forrest Gump site. Accomodated for very late check in due to flight changes and understanding of medical emergency for late check...

"Reminder to attend to dehumidifiers as we were A wonderful stay at a very elegant hotel with helpful attendants. Check in and check out was a breeze. Only complaint was being Awakened by our dehumidifier in our room 101 needing to be emptied both nights. Also Room 101 is located where guests can sit on the porch right outside of the windows to the room and so their conversations can be overheard quite easily. Perhaps a sign indicating conversations can be overheard. Other than that. Loved it."

"The property was in a great location. The room was very inviting & home-like. The pool was very refreshing too. The only thing we found of concern was the bathroom needed a little more attention & cleaning. We would still stay here again because the manager was quick to address our concern upon entering the room. "

"250 Main is truly like "stepping into contemporary Europe" as the property is stunning and eclectic. The staff were very accommodating and informative during our stay. The parking situation is "amenable", but a result of our stay coinciding with the back-to-back Lobster Fest and Maine Boat Show weekends. "The hotel was fantastic. Every staff member was so kind, helpful, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. The only downside is there is no room service or spa. Usually this nice of a hotel would have both of these. "

"The property is very nice we had a suite which had a terrace but people could look into your room if you don’t close the shades. Shower was wonderful and they had a jacuzzi bath tub. It’s located in a beautiful location near everything. "

"Overall it was a wonderful experience. Reception staff was extremely professional, kind and helpful! The bartender in the Vintage room was terrible and made excuses for poor service for our table. "
