We had a fantastic stay here. The building is beautiful and clean inside and out, the service was excellent, and the free breakfast was delicious. The property is also very convenient to the downtown area of Rockland and many other attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Generally, a nice stay. They charged us $100 extra (per night!) for our 2 month old baby, which we found a bit unnecessary and excessive. Probably would have stayed somewhere else for that extra cost.

LOVED my stay and have already booked another visit in October. The Staff are awesome and friendly. House is quiet but interactive and a few blocks walk to Main street and all the shops and restaurants. Also the ferry is right there so you can go explore the islands.

The historic inn was elegantly and beautifully decorated. The gardens were exquisite…peaceful, serene and restorative. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the pies were delicious!!! We would definitely recommend it!!

Magnificant property, very friendly Inkeeper that made us feel very welcome. Most delicious pie and amazing breakfast. We woke up with the smell of baked bacon, amazing! Only negative thing we could think of was bath/shower that was a little unconvenient to use.

Innkeepers Cheryl & Mike has created the perfect blend of exquisite and quirky. Cheryl has thought of everything...tours of the inn so you'll know where everything is, turndown service with quiet classical music playing when you return, warm fireplaces, 2-person jacuzzi tubs, comfortable beds & pillows with luxurious bedding, throw blankets and thick robes, delicious breakfasts & pies all day! Mike's touch of quirky keeps things real & fun. At the Berry Manor Inn you'll find fancy without the stuffy.

This was listed as a 4 star property B and B. Breakfast was only from 8:00AM-9:00AM, on the Weekend! We are seasoned travelers, all around the world, and found this a bit strict for a weekend at $400. Approximately per night! Be warned. We are hardworking 50 hours per week executives, and we are not getting up early on our precious weekends off, at that price. If it were $200 per night, we would understand.

The building is in good shape, spacious room, good period condition. Lovely greeting by Emma, delicious fresh fruit pies. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Our issue stems from feeling like we were scolded to stay off first floor before 8:00am. The evening lights were not welcoming, we went to bed at 8:00pm. No where to sit on first floor because all space is set up for breakfast. The grounds need bush trim, trees have outgrown their space. you have to walk around the trees to stay on the path. Breakfast was good but no choices given, nor amounts. One strip of bacon? No fruit. All in all, I guess you can’t expect much for services from a B&B, but for $350, we would not give Exceptional as a rating.
