"Clean room, helpful staff"

"pros: amazing breakfast great bar/restaurant staff check in receptionist well informed and polite great area large hotel cons: room smelled damp . called the front desk, housekeeping, pretty much every button on the phone and no one ever picked up. I had to call the hotel with my cell to get an operator. I was calling because no housekeeper serviced my room ( I need towels and garbage bags at the least) they sent them up. then at 10pm a housekeeper banged on my door shouting “...

"Staff was friendly and resolved keycard issues instantly. Room was clean and so was the rest of the property. My only two complaints were the bathroom door being kind of annoying (sliding glass door) and the bed was rather stiff. Other than that, I would not mind returning for my next trip to the Cincinnati area. Great stay with plenty of restaurants nearby."
