"Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was in addition. Location is prime. We had no issues in the parking garage but it is tight getting in. Area is walkable to many restaurants and right across from the square. Staff was friendly and helpful "

"Breakfast choices were the only thing that let us down . Dinner at Fiona’s was so delicious and the bartenders both nights were amazing!! All the employees didn’t treat their job as a job . Seemed like they wanted to be there . Decor was great and funny !! Parking garage was easy and nice easy access to the hotel . Very close to the Cincinnati Zoo . If we are in Cincinnati again I will stay again !! "

"I questioned the size of the bed, as it did not appear to be a king sized bed. I even brought the manager to the room, and his attitude was was terrible. He talked down to me, telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about, it was an industrial sized king, and I was the only one who had ever said anything. He even stated “I’m not going to stand here and argue with you. I can give you guys a refund!” I stand on what I said that the bed was NOT a king sized bed.. unless the standards for bed sizes change for home versus the hotel. Other than his terrible attitude, the stay was great. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, and all the other staff was friendly. "
