"Stayed in October. Room was clean and had a great view of the water. No microwave or coffee in the room but it was always available at the end of the hall. Keyless entry was convenient . Cell service is terrible though had to go to the windows to have any service."

"An obviously older property but seriously neglected. One nice feature (not) was the non-locking bathroom door. In fact, the door handle was falling out of the door frame. Stains on the furniture. Ants crawling up power cords. Smell is hard to describe. Our entertainment, since the TV did not work, was reading the bad reviews which we should have done before reserving our room. There is a really nice YMCA next-door to the property. We considered trying to sneak in there and sleep for the night. ...

"Friendly staff at check in. This lady was helpful thru entire stay. Her name is Sharon. The Harbor had a Luau on Saturday which we attended since our son is a slip holder. Great weekend. "

"Staff very friendly"

"Clean house and it was very comfortable for a friends wedding nearby. We had to call the host about opening the door but it was easily resolved. Downtown was cute with shops and dining. It is a college town and a bit far from some familiar shopping like target or Walmart. Just plan accordingly for food and any other needs if you stay longer. I would recommend going back here again!"
