"Room clean breakfast great but them beds feels like you laying on bricks "

"Everything for our stay was really good. The pool was great for the kids, the breakfast was good; well stocked and maintained. On our last night, there was an issue with the fire alarm system, but the lady working handled it very well. The alarm did go off a few more times, while we were trying to sleep, but it wasn’t for long, and overall didn’t impact the cleanliness of the property, and the friendliness of the staff."

"The property was recently renovated so was new. Check in was easy and our room was clean. The breakfast was very minimal, especially since both hot options were eggs which we do not like. Some oatmeal packets or bread or bagels would be an improvement."

"If we hadn’t shown up at 11pm we would have tried to find another hotel. The receptionist was very pleasant, but the hallway and room had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom tiles were broken and lose, the vanity sink was spidered, cracks in the wall and ceiling and just a lot of neglect to the room/property. We were thankful the sheets appeared to be clean and the a/c worked."

"The hotel smelled awful. The room was disgusting. It took two hand towels to clean off the dirty , moldy, dusty air conditioner. They were black by the time I was finished. There were stains on EVERYTHING! The bottom of the bathtub was black. The ONLY reason we didn’t leave immediately was my family was exhausted from traveling. "
