"Very nice hotel We love to stay here"

"Furniture in rooms are chipped and look shabby. The paint job does not look professional where the wall meets the ceiling, messy. The bathroom had dried brown spots they looked like blood on the hairdryers power cord. There was hair all over the shower curtain. There seemed to be a sought leak in the water line from the toilet to the wall. The biggest issue I have with this property is the lack of soundproofing. You can hear what your neighbor is doing and room doors slam frequently. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed the spicy breakfast potatoes. The orange juice dispenser quickly ran out and produced juiced tinged water . Beds were comfortable and bedding appeared clean. "

"No breakfast and you have to pay for parking when you have already paid to stay."

"The issue I had was both of the queen beds in my room were shot - a long time ago. Also, when I checked out, their computer was down so they promised an email of my extras that same day - I'm still chasing it and waiting (5+ days later). Otherwise, top-drawer."

"Hotel was great and staff was very friendly. Room was nice and had all the essential items. Breakfast was a combination of hot foods, breads, cereals and fruit. Loved the coffee machine with all drink combinations which was available 24 hours. "

"It was okay after you got past the night guy. He was so rude didn’t even speak or answering any of my questions. . The morning lady was soooo sweet though so the marks are for the night guy not her. Also note to self $100 deposit is required when you check in which is dumb bc it takes a week or longer to get back they said. The elevator was a little rough but once you got to your room it was good. The room was nice and was good for just want we needed it for to sleep and be close to the venue we needed to get to the next day. "

"Overall this is a good hotel. A major drawback was the pool - hot tub area, which was overrun with kids who were not attended by parents. Basically an entire pool's worth of kids were in the hot tub."

"Beds were comfortable, but noise level was terrible, noisiest hotel I ever stayed in-ceilings and walls were not very soundproof and the staff standing in hallways talking was annoying"
