The staff was friendly and the location was great. This hotel is definitely showing its age most of the furniture is chipped and missing paint. The room was nice but the desk had some substance like super glue on it. Overall was a nice experience.

The location was wonderful. I would have preferred a buffet breakfast. Parking was offsite and confusing at first. My room was modern and stylish but a comfortable chair would have been nice; the desk chair was plastic and wood. Not comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a great property in a good location if you are looking for a place to stay but not spend a lot of time in the hotel. Pricing was competitive this stay. We did have issues with heating and air conditioning causing the room to convert from hot to cold. Room couldn't keep a consistent temperature.

Starting with the cons: I booked an upgraded and larger corner room that was great…until it wasn’t. I found out that we had NO COLD WATER while I was IN THE SHOWER!!! We ended up having to wait quite a while for someone to come up and take a look at the situation. Eventually, we had to switch to a smaller regular room. The pool was one of the reasons I decided to book at this hotel. My kid was really excited about swimming but we discovered that the POOL WAS CLOSED for “maintenance”. Turns out that the pool had been closed since December (5 months earlier), but of course that info was not available when booking. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I inquired with both the front desk (“unable to do anything”) and also with Expedia about compensation due to the difference in price, but nothing was ever done about it. Now for the pros: The hotel is close to quite a few things, so that was a plus. We loved the little cafe and the racetrack/arcade across the street. There are quite a few dining options as well ( we loved Thai Penny and visited more than once during our several day stay). I can’t really recommend staying here until things are repaired. Book at your own risk.

Best aspect of this hotel is its convenient location. Otherwise, the facility is an $80/night lodging masquerading as one worthy of $120/night. The lack of any closet space and inconsistent hot water in the shower were especially troubling, making this hotel unworthy of the Marriott Bonvoy brand.
