"Best hotel in the world!!!!"

"Breakfast menu was varied. Reception staff were not helpful. Staff in restaurant good. Basic room., musty smell in the room. A C worked intermittently. And if you want to have a nap in the afternoon forget it. Constant noise of trailers pushed past the room, making sleep impossible. "

"The hotel staff were excellent they kept in contact prior to arrival and met the tuk - tuk at the end of the street to welcome us. They offered chai on arrival and were able to assist with money exchange. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy with AC / Wi-fi, the roof terrace had a great view of the fort. Breakfast was simple and just what was needed before a sightseeing day. Would recommend if anyone is visiting Jodhpur."

"Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....
