"Clean newly built hotel lots of amenities price was fair not expensive not cheap. Staff was accommodating good breakfast nothing spectacular but good."

"My room was clean and furnished nicely. The lobby and dining area were well kept. The hallways and stairways looked dirty and smelled badly. I could smell marijuana in the stairways and throughout the hallway. Need a covered smoking section near one entrance to keep people away from the entrances smoking. I gave it a try based on price but I won’t be returning there again."

"The breakfast was wonderful and kept stocked and clean. Front office staff was welcoming and kind. There was a snafu with our reservation and they were helpful and apologetic. The room itself left a lot to be desired. There was leftover food under the pull outcouch, the corners of the room were dirty and had pieces of the drywall on the floor. "Room was not as described on the website when I was booking. Staff is terrible, I told them that the bathroom door lock is broken and their response was that they can’t do anything about it. He said that Kids must have broken it from some previous stay. Microwave has ample dust on it. Never staying at this one again. I have stayed at Days inn before at different locations and always had a decent experience. Don’t stay in room #107"

"The hotel was poorly staffed. The breakfast was not fully stocked and all hot options were cold. The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time."

"Bar was well stocked and drinks were cold if not on ice. Staff was attentive and pleasant I was assured my needs would be met with just a phone call from my room. Air conditioning was confusing as the ground fault breaker on the power cord had been tripped but once that was corrected the comfort level in the room was as I expected. "Room was disgusting, had what looked like dried food an semen on bedding. No towels in room. Front office refused a refund after arguing about the cleanliness of room. Took an hour to get bedding changed after arguing with them. Would not recommend."
