Breakfast staff, particularly on Sunday morning, unfortunately did let the staff down, as they came across quite rude and unfriendly. "

"Excellent location. Good breakfast, although repetitive after several days. Parking inconvenient, but usable. My biggest problem was that my laptop simply disappeared from the room on my departure day. When I emailed the hotel, I received no response, and when they didn't reply, I called and they simply said they didn't have it. Poor service in that regard. I couldn't return there."
