"we got a room with a king bed and a sofa. We go to the checking and they assigned us a room in the floor 4th. When we access the room the sofa was missing. We called from the room and we ended going back to the front desk for a solution. Finally we got a room in floor 2 with a king bed and a sofa. we acces the room and when we opened the sofa , the mattress was dirty, with food leftovers on it and no sheets to make the bed. "The rooms were very clean, beds were super comfy. Hotel was very nice. Things I didn't like: they only offered pay breakfast. Expensive pay breakfast at that. As much as the rooms are, I wish they included breakfast. In the room, the bathroom door doesn't offer a lot of privacy. It's a sliding barn style door so it doesn't fully close. "The hotel is beautiful, very accessible, and conveniently located near everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the strong cigarette smell that reaches the rooms. If you don’t mind your clothes smelling like smoke and sleeping with that odor present, you’ll likely enjoy your stay. Aside from that, the hotel itself is lovely."

"We had our teenagers with us and 2 rooms. Housekeeping barged in on us, knocking and opening our room at 8:30 am after being out late at a concert, checkout is at noon and they woke us up! "I sometimes stay here after coming back from a late gig. The staff are always helpful for handicapped people like me. Rooms are very clean, and everything works in the room and you can park in front of the room which is very helpful for me."
