"Everything was perfect"

"Had booked two night stay via Expedia. Called property day before our stay to advise them we would not be there for first night. Gentleman said he would make a note. Arrived there to check in for our second night and persons said there was no reservation and blamed Expedia. Said they were booked and no room for us. "Rooms were pleasant. Staff was fantastic and very helpful. Also great to interact with. The free breakfast was the best that I've had in a long time had a free breakfast Hotel. They even had a bar where we could have a drink at the end of the day. The first one was even free!"

"We had booked a handicap assessable room as I use a wheelchair. I had surgery that day with both an incision on my back and on my abdomen. We were not given our requested room. Without my husband there to help I could not have gotten in the bathroom much less tried to take a shower, there were no grab bars. Horrible stay."
