I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and although those were pleasant experiences, this one was not. The first room they put me in, the door was actually broken and did not lock properly. The AC did not work. The floors, bathroom and sink were not very clean. They moved me to another room which the AC worked great. However, the room itself was not very clean. There was hair in the sink and stains on the walls along with the wallpaper in the bathroom literally peeling off the wall. The bed was not comfortable. It actually felt like a very old mattress and on one side Of the bed I slept on, it dipped while the other side was very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast left something to be desired. The eggs were OK but the biscuits were very hard, cold and stale. They looked and felt like they were 3 to 4 day old biscuits. Pretty gross. The parking lot is pretty scares. There is a truck who had a hitched trailer to it and took up the entire front parking and left no room for anyone else to park. When I let the front desk person know, they basically looked at me and said, “Well, what do you want me to do about it?” How about a little professional courtesy and see if there’s anything you could do so the rest of us wouldn’t have to park far away especially given I had my elderly mother with me who requires a handicapped parking. In any case, this is more than likely the last time that I will stay here because it was not worth my peace of mind and wallet.
