"The views from the top floor balcony was over the top"

"Budget hotel was a quick bus trip away from Lucerne station. Received free transport for travel within zone 10 after arriving so had to puchase bus ticket to get to hotel. Would of been nice if I was advised about this when I asked prior to travel about Reception staff Kemberly was amazing & gave us great information about our stay & Lucerne, she even personally brought up extra pillows to our room on our request. Only downside was bath towels were very small (more like hand towel size)."

"Amazing"

"素晴らしい景色とおもてなしに感動しました。ありがとうございました。"

"Quiet enough except for the door opener which is constant and sounds like a drill. Pillows on bed unconventional and uncomfortable. Would be perfect if those 2 issues were fixed."

"The location was great, convenient to all the things a visitor would want to do. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Would absolutely recommend this hotel."

"Best location in Lucerne. Easy access to buses and trains. Walkable distance to old Town and all important sites. Beautiful view . Quiant and tastefully decorated rooms. I'll go back to stay there for sure."

"Good location from the train station and bridge."
