"Everything was perfect at the DoubleTree"

"Bathtub was stain really bad, elevator not working properly, air conditioning was too loud and make it hard to sleep. Some area need to be updated. Looks good on the website but place is very old. Shuttle service say available until 10:00 pm but was told it ends at 9:30 pm when we called. Ended up have to take a Uber on our own expenses, not cool."

"Was great actually, no complaints. Didn't use pool or anything so can't leave feedback on that. No microwave in the room but there is one in lobby. Water pressure was low and water does get super hot as well. "

"Staff was dismissive to my fiancée at check in, he didn’t like that but everyone I encountered was friendly. Pet friendly but NO places for a dog to go the bathroom. Lots of homeless people around with drugs and many areas that smelled terrible with dumpsters. "

"Clean rooms amazing staff the valet guys are so friendly and very helpful !! The restaurants inside the hotel are very good and prices are reasonable. Def our favorite hotel in Houston for short get aways. "

"Was given the option to upgrade to a suite and breakfast voucher. Excellent service at the front desk. Good staff at breakfast. Food was exceptional. Loved the Self-park option with room key in and out access. Would HIGHLY recommend this location. Also, decor in the lobby is nice with a small but good bar area. "
