"I got the handicap cabin which I’m glad about. The shower is bigger compared to the others. Be prepared to use the kitchen sink as also the bathroom sink. They had these s’more kits and enemy were yummy. They provided wood and a bundle was ceder wood & it smelled good. I asked for an extra blanket and they provided one. "The Holiday Inn in Ruckersville is farther outside of Charlottesville than I would normally stay when visiting that city, but was necessary due to a concert causing all the rooms closer in to be booked. It was convenient to the main route into the city on 29, provided a very clean room and acceptable breakfast. The pool was outdoor and so not yet open at the time I visited."

"Central AC was not working and it was quite hot to sit in the living room and the kitchen. We had some guests and we is uncomfortable to sit in the living room. We requested the manager and she would get it fixed but never happened. Also main door was not being locked from outside and we were concerned for the safety of our stuffs!"

The complaints we had were the mattress was very uncomfortable and the the Wi-Fi did not work in the room as well as the TV station broadcasts which went in and out (possibly due to storms) Did not appreciate seeing an adult TV choice as an option in a gamily hotel. No complementary hot water for tea or coffee, only water in the lobby. Not much of a snack bar. Very close to the college campus, which was nice. Ask for a...
