Stayed for three nights. Front desk staff were all super nice and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Was in town visiting family and seeing some of the area and will definitely return to this hotel when visiting in the future

Check in staff was nice but then the situation turned. Ants in room, cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb sign and tried to enter anyways, and rude check out staff that called and asked why we were not checked out two hours before the check out time.
