"Clean rooms and helpful staff."

"When I first got there there was no one at the front desk, I ring the bell and no one. A sign says to pick up the lobby phone. Finally someone comes and I get checked in. I go to my room and it’s dirty. My socks were stained black and I was only there one night. The sheets had various stains on them which was concerning. "Very clean facility and friendly staff."

"The room was very clean. There was very little conditioner left in the shower. I let staff know and he said he would let staff know. He appreciated me telling. Breakfast food and coffee were full and staff kept the tables and chairs clean and orderly. I would stay here again."

"The hotel was a good do nothing hotel. The problem I had is the locks were not very safe. It had a key button lock that the code never changed so any of the past residence of this hotel could get into your room if they want to and there was no permanent lock to lock to where nobody could get in no matter what the inside this should be addressed and fixed immediately very unsafe"

Our air conditioning wasn't working but staff had it repaired within an hour on a Saturday night! There's a great Italian restaurant across the street. We would definitely stay again!"

"I expect a typical “free breakfast” when I stay at a roadside hotel…scrambled eggs, sausage, an assortment of breads and cereals…the usual fare for such establishments. The bar is not very high. Unfortunately, Fairfield in Wheeling didn’t make it over the bar. The assortment of offerings was fewer than the average, and no breakfast meat, at all. When the expectation is pretty low to begin with, failure to meet the expectation is disappointing. You gotta pick up your game, Fairfield."

"Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned."
