"Room lacked supplies when we checked in and was not clean, especially carpet. Had to ask multiple times to get results. Inconsistent information from desk staff. Housekeeping nearly non-existent over a 5-night stay and then on fourth night, only after we practically begged. No manager available for discussion. We would not stay here again and do not recommend; not up to Hilton standards."
