"We loved our stay! Room was clean and had everything we needed. Great location and really appreciated the onsite boat and jet ski rental. Our only complaint would be the rollaway bed we reserved. The mattress was sunken in the middle. Definitely needs to be replaced!"

"Very expensive for what you get. $20 bucks for a burger and fries. You don’t get housekeeping anymore - I don’t know. I guess spending $550 a night I expected more. $175 for an arcade and all of the toys didn’t work for more than a day. In fact, one lamp we bought that required batteries were unable to open. It just left a bad taste with how much money it costs and what we walked away with. It’s OK if I spent $300 a month a night I would’ve felt OK maybe better for families with younger kids...

"The room is pretty clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel overall seems well maintained. Lots of noises from the go kart place next to the hotel. WiFi is not so great, breakfast is disappointing."

"An awesome location and the ownership really cares about their guests. Traverse City is a very expensive place to stay, and this is a competitively priced clean and safe location."

"Quiet despite being downtown; clean room although the bathroom area had a faint wet-dog odor. Everything else was nice and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay again!"

"Amazing stay. We were upgraded from a corner suite to a two bedroom suite. Beautiful! Took one star away due to jet tub not working. Not that big of a deal. Have stayed at this facility multiple times. We love it. The new building and facilities were stunning. Plan to stay again soon."

"If you're looking for a cheaper stay with the basics and beautiful rooms, this is the place to choose! Better for families, and just okay for young couples/groups. Staff was friendly, breakfast was what you'd expect (not amazing by any means but still good, multiple options). The room we booked was gigantic for the price, and very clean! My only complaint was that during the three nights we stayed, housekeeping never visited our room. Luckily we pick up after ourselves, but I was disappointed...

"Would not stay here again. Hotel was poorly maintained. Odd lingering smells. Pool was out of service upon our arrival with no previous advisory of the situation. Staff unhelpful. Overall awful."
