Lighter than other places who offered sausage or other protein meat , potatoes or other heated items but they did have boiled eggs many other healthy options. View beautiful. Lots options vending machines and w Even wine for sale in lobby. Good parking. Gas fire table and chairs outside was nice. Rooms super clean. Keurig and fridge with freezer and .microwave there. Have stayed twice and definitely would again"

"The bed was really soft and uncomfortable and when i asked the manager to change rooms , at first he didn't believe me and then he told me they were full and didn't have any other rooms, even though the parking lot was almost empty. I gave it 1 star only because they didn't have 0 stars. I paid for 2 nights and left after 1."

"The breakfast is great, eggs, sausage, potatos, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and waffles. The pool is decent and open until midnight which is great. The gym is just a treadmill and elliptical though. I stayed here a year ago with no issues but boy has it gone downhill since then. I never expected to feel unsafe in a Traverse City hotel. When we checked in the desk attendant looked disheveled and made a sexist joke my wife didn't appreciate. Then the first night we stayed there were...

"Beds comfortable-pillows just ok, great shower water pressure, beach set-up w/ fire pit excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. View was spectacular!! Room was on exterior of building so had a lot of road noise. (The interior rooms are booked directly thru hotel.) They provided a noise machine that might help some people but was annoying to us."

"The staff were the only good thing about this property. First night, bug in the bed. Second night no power in half of the room had to change rooms. Went to take shower and shower sprayer so corroded, paint chipping on tub and surround. Towel rack all rusted. Lights all plugged in by a cheap corroded extension cord. I stay at wyndham because of quality, this was not quality at all. Very disappointing."

"The toilet broke down 2 times. You couldn’t flush it. The lock to the door of the room is broken and the man who fixes them said he would be. Ack in the morning to fix it. After we check out. For the money we paid it was horrible"
