"It was our first time staying here and was looking forward to all it has to offer. On arrival booking in was via self check in and was pleasantly greeted by a member of staff at the self check in desk, check in completed and we took the lift to our room. Upon opening the door to our room we were unfortunately met with a damp musky smell..! We also noted the window open and thought just maybe the smell had come in from outside, so we shut the window and wedged the door open to try and clear the...
