"The property and our room was extremely clean and nice, the bed super comfortable. The food & drinks at the Rackhouse was amazing especially the Fried Chicken! Highly recommended!! However, my only complaint is with the bathroom, there’s no place to put your things, no shelf space and there’s plenty of room for it. Oh and having to pay for waters?! For the cost of the room water should be free!"

"Needing to get money back for this stay, I brought up concerns to the front desk and received no help. Unfortunately did not get a name or pictures but I had to move rooms 3 times just to get to a room that I could stand to sleep in. I was offered no assistance moving my things from room to room. The first room smelled horribly or mildew, the second room had mold in the ac unit, the third still did not meet “exceptional” standards as listed with the room. I’m planning to get my money back."

"The property is in a convenient location , however a lot of construction is going on so it was difficult reaching said property. I have stayed here before. It’s relatively quiet."

"This was a great place to stay with a really museum oriented vibe. The staff was very helpful and the lobby and rooms were clean. Absolutely no issues with checking in or checking out and the location made everything fairly walkable."
