"We really enjoyed our stay. Was traveling from Ohio to TN due to a death in the family, pulled in at 2am, warm welcome, nice clean room, spacious. Beds were comfortable! "

"Pool dirty and pool heater broken. Safety board for injuries at pool was an old wooden board with splinters. Some things were updated but other things old and dirty. Dead plants by the pool. Doors and elevator walls old and/or dirty. Hallway smelled horrible like old shrimp as if someone cooking in a room. Bathtub stained. Some things looked updated like the carpet in halls and lobby itself was nice. "

"you forgot to tell us the building was half torn down, no signs on the building, mattresses everywhere parts and supplies all around the place where you park. the manager was very nice and willing to help us. picture on the ad was not even close!!! and this is how expedia does business?"

"Construction going on, some clutter and just messy down stairs and around the lobby. Rooms were nice clean and comfy. I've stayed at Hamptons quite a bit so a little out of character."
