"Stay was pleasant but bare in mind half board DOES NOT mean you have breakfast and dinner it means breakfast and £25 towards dinner. Hot tub could have been warmer. Hotel was a bit dated and could have done with a little update."

"The Hotel and staff were lovely - only Issue was room was way too hot - air con didn’t drop lower than 18 degrees as locked. Window opened about 3 inches which I understand as we were not ground floor - overall though was a pleasant stay ! "

"Beautiful hotel.Immaculate decor and cleanliness.i would recommend a balcony overlooking the pitch.Excellent location and vista The room would have benefitted from fuller pillows."

"L’accueil aux services à l’arrivée. Notre chambre était prête plus tôt que prévue. Le resto a un menu diversifié et tout est excellent. Au départ nous avons eu un taxi très rapide pour nous conduire à l’aéroport. Nous avons accès à un parc à 10 minutes de marche."

"The only complaint I have is the TV in our room - changing channels and getting subtitles (as I and my wife are profoundly deaf) was difficult but was made a little better after batteries in the remote controller were replaced. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory!"

"Very accommodating."

"There was not good communication about the size of the room. This was listed as suitable for 6 people and it certainly was not. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, the adults not in pairs. But we were willing to push through for one night. The other problem was an inadequate amount of linen. We needed more towels and blankets/sheets. I called Samantha to ask about additional linen and her response was not what I expected. She asked if we were cold because the room was adequately warm and we’d be fine...
