"Rooms were clean, not much to do in that area with the kids, not intended for families with kids, shuttle was advertised to the beach but it had limitations in fact, only as driver available and up to certain distance, lazy river pool was not very clean, everything closed at 8, only some amenities were available for free, nothing fun created at the resort for kids… staff was nice but they did not really watch for customers needs…"

"The staff was very helpful and attentive since the moment we arrived. Starting at the front desk, the people That serve, Breakfast, housekeeping, the waitress at the pool bar, everyone Was Always Ready to help in Whatever you need. The room was very clean and spacious. I loved it. The hotel is very well situated close to the beaches and restaurants, but the pool bar has a very good menu and the food is delicious."

"While the hotel benefits from a desirable location and distinctive Florida charm, the property currently shows signs of deferred maintenance and inconsistent operational oversight. Improvements in cleanliness, facility upkeep, responsiveness, and food service quality would greatly enhance the guest experience and better align the property with guest expectations. Summary of main issues: +guest room condition issues included a rusty bathtub, cracked sink, stained lampshades and ceiling stains....

"Location was perfect! It was at the marina and walking distance to most restaurants and to Tin City which had lots of cool gift shops and restaurants. The place needs some remodeling. Rooms need a chair and table. The beds were full, not queen. They give vouchers for complimentary drinks but when you redeem them at the bar the server brushes you off as if you are not worth their time. They shouldn’t hand them out if you are going to be treated that way."

"The front desk person. Crystal was very unpleasant and not nice at all, not warm welcoming at all. Room was very outdated, cleaning lady very nice. Breakfast caotic! Too crowded, no sitting spots. Parking was ok"
