After reading so many reviews, I was honestly impressed. The place was super clean, great location and a good size room. The pool was not necessary when you have the beautiful beach. I would recommend this place especially for the price.

We will definitely return to Marco Island. This resort is in walking distance to some great restaurants and the beach is great. My daughter found a large seashell that was closed and a few minutes later an octopus came out of the shell. It was really neat. The pool area is nearly redone with the remodel. Don’t waste time going to the neighboring pool.

What a gorgeous location. Luckily we were only there for 2 days because booking through Expedia it didn’t let us know the pool and outdoor area was under extensive renovation which meant no pool and pretty noisy with construction during the day. Had we booked this for a week or so it would have been disappointing.

Valet staff was good. Rooms had a great ocean view. The pool and patio was under construction so we had to go to the beach every day, which was not ideal for us with a handicapped person in our party. The staff on the beach were not much help and really treated us like second class citizens.

Staff is polite, the property is clean, the valets are excellent, the extra amenities in the room are wonderful. Especially the beach towels, beach, chairs, and beach umbrella. Beach umbrella are very easy to put into the sand since they come with their own manual auger. Just a wonderful experience. The property location is very central in Marco. Grocery stores, Walgreens, restaurants are all within a 10 minute drive. I really can’t think of ever wanting to stay at a different location. Should I return to Marco Island?

This hotel is a great value . The rooms are spacious and clean. The mini kitchen comes in handy. Great views of the beach No restaurant or bar on site except for the Italian restaurant on the beach. Be sure to reserve in advance.

From entire experience, the only memorable things were the extremely rude/unpleasant front desk and zero amenities….no activities, no real pool/beach tiki bar. No option for breakfast. Absolutely nothing at the hotel. We walked down to Marriott for any fun, food or drinks. Such a shame that a beautiful hotel like this has become this! Where is the hotel management? Overall….Absolute ghost town!!!
