"Excellent resort hotel in a pretty pine forest setting with hiking trails. Spacious room, very comfy bed, high quality bedding and towels, large bathroom with 2 separate sink vanities and super great shower. We had a delicious dinner at Silver Pine Restaurant in the hotel, with great service and cuisine. "

"Our stay was affected by an unexpected family emergency, and we requested to check out one day earlier than planned. The hotel was unwilling to offer flexibility with the early departure request. We were charged for the unused final night, and it appeared the room was subsequently reassigned. The lack of empathy and accommodation during a difficult situation left us disappointed, and based on this experience I would not choose to stay here again."

"I was really pleasantly surprised. A very nice hotel. I noticed executive rooms...basically 2 rooms area combined. Close to Frys and the hot dog joint where the whole standing on the corner in Winslow originated. Definitely on ly warch list for Flagstaff. "
