"I had stayed here before and knew it was a bare bones place to stay. This time our room smelled of cigarette smell. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. The bed was okay but there were stains on the carpet."

He put customer satisfaction first before caring just about making money. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will have a chance to return again.
