"This place is a beautiful hidden gem. We booked this hotel to break up a long drive. We used the pool & hot tub, mini golf and ate at the on-site restaurant. Staff were friendly, hotel is very clean and we slept in a very quiet comfortable room."

"The pic on the website of expedia and hotel did not match. If you are not in the main building then you are very far from the lake and spa. No breakfast in the hotel, Not at all freindly staff when you check in, we checked in at 11 o'clock at night and they didn"t help us with our luggage. rooms were so so small...."

We were also very surprised to read a note on the outside of room saying that all Finger Lakes Lodging guests must register at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa down the road. "This property is in serious need of updating and a thorough cleaning. The room smelled like mold, the rug felt sticky, and the lighting was very dim even with all the lights on. The shower was so dirty that I wore my Crocs while using it, and there appeared to be mold around the window as well. We checked in at 4 p.m. after attending an event and only stayed long enough to sleep for a few hours. Although checkout wasn’t until 11 a.m., I was ready to leave by 7 a.m. Unfortunately, I would not...
