"The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Loved easy access to the beach, and pool area which also features plenty of sitting area. Breakfast was also good👍 The only complaint is the a/c unit was a little noisy and shampoo, bodywash and lotion the hotel offers had a weird smell like it expired. Except for the conditioner it had a pleasant smell. Other than that everything was good. However we plan to return 😊"

"Buyer beware. The pics on the site are NOT representative of the room you will get. If you staying the tower, you MIGHT get a room sans, mold, feces-smeared walls, musty odors and filthy bathtubs. The rooms on floors 1 and 2 haven't been updated since Sinatra was there. Just go elsewhere. And if you complain and book a room through a 3rd party site (which was CHEAPER than the properties own site) they'll shrug and tell you there is nothing they can do about getting a room suitable for humans....

"If you want the bare minimum go here. “Resort” is very generous for this basic hotel. The pool with a bar doesn’t have a bartender unless is a weekend so don’t expect much. There’s also a little snack restaurant but that was closed too. It’s basically only fully functioning hotel on weekends. A resort usually has stuff for the guests to use on the beach but everything costs extra here. Tv has all the streaming apps but their wifi is weak and you have to use your own hot spot if you want to use...

"This Hotel is NOT AS PICTURED, I REPEAT NOT AS PICTURED. The front windows are burned out, decorative glass were broken, front door doesn't work properly, a/c isn't working when you walk in its hot and humid, pool is smaller than pictured, elevators are run down, everything is run down. Rooms are mediocre, run down, used my own bed sheets and pillows. Parking garage is confusing upon arrival and old also. Our shower spilled into the rest of the restroom because it was a handicap room, not asked...
