"I stayed the night there because I was going to my brother‘s funeral and the property was very clean. The only issue that I had was that they had just finished cleaning the pool and there was a lot of chlorine in there and it ended up breaking my son out and giving him a rash all over his body that we had to give him Benadryl for he had to take a hot shower and bring my wash all the chlorine off and go to sleep and then the rashes gone, but besides that the stay was fine"

"I'm reviewing this as a very calm person and one with a lot of patience. I never write reviews either but this was genuinely the, not "one of", the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. My friend and I arrived after an exhausting 8-hour bus ride around 7am, completely drained, and the guy at the front desk admitted he didn’t even know how to use the system to find our booking. Instead of trying to help, he turned us away and wouldn’t even let us sit in the lobby while it was freezing...

"Check-in was quick. Staff never smiled; they do not like people but are in the hospitality business. Room and floor very quiet while we were there. Ice bin out of commission. Shower curtain couldn’t keep water inside tub. Had to mop up. Only two towels in room. Security and locks on room door did not seem secure! Couldn’t access back parking lot due to disabled building badge access. Single women want to stay in safe and secure buildings. Did not try breakfast amenities. The room was clean. The...

"Nothing worked and i was given the wrong room. Microwave didnt turn and extremely dirty.(didn’t use) everywhere i looked i was extremely disgusting. Pillows was dirty and there was no phone. Only thing that worked was the tv. I could hear two guys talking all night long as well as traffic outside. Bery smokey even in the non smoking room i got"
