"The hotel is very clean and the reception area is welcoming and friendly. We arrived and were immediately greeted and the check in was a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. "The hotel was fine overall and they were very accommodating when there was a plumbing issue in our room (toilet overflow; wouldn't flush) so they switched our room and got us a room closer to the elevators for my Father in Law who has mobility issues. The only issue we had was when we arrived, some young children who were left unattended were running about the hotel and there was another issue the next day with teenagers.
