This was because my original hotel for the same night randomly canceled on me. They didn't even do anything wrong, but this hotel did customer service for poor treatment from a different hotel! "My spare tire got stolen in the parking lot. The cable went out half the stay. Pool was out and had algae growing so couldn’t even use the hot tub because it smelled so bad. Qtips in the elevators for days, toothpaste out front for days. "everything is ok, except there was no hair dryer on the room. no one work in the front desk after 10 pm. when i took a shower and found that there was no hair dryer on the room and i had to keep the wet hair to sleep"

"So I stayed 2 nights. Got in late late the 1st night and the front desk was very helpful that Friday night. Sarurdays breakfast was awesome and as expected however sunday's breakfast selection was not as expected. Hasbrowns were hard and tasteless and it was a bare minimum for hot food. I wasn't expecting that. Other than that ..the stay was very nice"

"Gorgeous location. So calming and relaxing. There was a yoga class on their grassy area but we only watched. The outdoor patio party was hopping, but we enjoyed the calm of the clean and comfortable room. Located right alongside Boulder Creek, there were plenty of accessible trails which we did enjoy. Early morning coffee, available in the lobby, on the grassy overlook was a great place to start the day."
