"You are paying for the beach view. Hotel was not clean. Cleaner never came to my room and called twice. Hall ways had sand dust and filth and never cleaned it. Towels on beach a day later. Sheers in bed were dirty snd had to call to get them changed on first night. Most places in hotel were not open which was not disclosed during booking. "

"Spa suite was awesome after we were changed from 603 (that had a generator outside the wall of the bedroom) to 604 (that had a serene view of the Zen garden), food was delicious but expensive, and staff was courteous. We were there off season, everything closed in the area, so nothing to do outside the hotel. "

"Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. "Good budget lodging. Shower had excellent water pressure. The patio and grilling area of the “deluxe“ room looked nice. The indoor pool and hot tub area looked nice and provided towels, too, but we didn’t have time to use it. The staff at check-in and check-out were pleasant and helpful. You can hear noise from adjacent and above rooms, and one of the bed sheets could have used some bleaching/stain remover, but overall good value lodging."

"This place is great. Outside is Cape Cod worn but inside is extremely clean. Cleaner than some upscale i’ve stayed at. Front desk staff were awesome. Both shifts. Rooms and inside area were very clean. Continental Breakfast was great. All day coffee was a nice feature. Walking distance to ferry’s and downtown. Thank you Mary and Sandi. You guys were awesome!"

"The rooms were very clean.Staff were very nice especially Eric. Housekeeping never showed up to make up room when requested but everythng else was fine. Great spot surrounded by everything you would need or want!"

"We decided to get away during the off season and this was a great choice. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Most of the rooms on the second floor have a pretty good view of the ocean, but for the best view and room ask for room 114. We will definitely stay here again."
