"This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers DHC skin care products. Regarding the location, we initially walked to Kawaguchiko Station, which took about 15 minutes, but later discovered a nearby bus station we weren't familiar with yet. "Very nice Japanese traditional style hotel. The location is great, close to the sight-seeing bus line and to the cable car lift. The bath is great, with good views on the 7th floor. it is a pity the room we had doesn't have a view though. The staff are nice, very polite. They also provide car service to and from the Fujikawaguchiko Station, which is nice!"
