"Convenient, clean, comfortable.....perfect for the price"

"Hotel had overbooked and our room was not available (despite being booked nearly 6 months in advance and paid for). The explanation "We have given YOUR room to someone else by mistake". A few amazing members of staff let down by some truly incompetent senior managers. Take care when booking and don't be the last ones to arrive."

"Good location, nice reception, rooms need a refurbishment. Towel rail not working. Room was cold . I believe the house control the heating and didn't have it switched on to cut costs. Summer stay would be ok."

"Breakfast was lousy no glasses no coffee cups toaster was useless put timer on for 6 mins and inly slightly browned on 1 side not much choice on menu eggs omelette and plain porridge needles to say we wasted our money on breakfast "

"Parking is easy. However the Breakfast was £16 which is way too expensive and we will never eat all the stuff what is provided. Breakfast should be simple and i don't mind spending about £5 for a breakfast. It is breakfast not a big lunch"
