"A localização do hotel é excelente mas não corresponde ao anunciado. Não tem acessibilidade, o elevador que existe é minúsculo, cabe apenas mala de mão . O ar condicionado estava quebrado, a torneira do banheiro era curta, a água vazava pra fora da cuba, caía no balcão e molhava o chão. Quarto pequeno. A recepção funciona só até as 20 hrs. Pessoal jovem , atenciosos e educados. Hotel longe de ser um 4 estrelas."

"The breakfast was nice. The front desk people were nice and accommodating. The rooms were a little small and the bed was not very good. The shower spilled a bunch of water due to no curtain or sliding door. You also need a fitness room. There was a sign but no room. I liked the staff, the breakfast and it was quiet. "

"This was not our first time staying at this wonderful hotel. From the checking in it was just a fantastic experience. I traveled with my mother, booking a room for each of us. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious our rooms were, and the fact that our doors just faced each other. What a perfect set up I can honestly say that I had my best sleep out of all the hotels that I slept in on this specific trip. There was absolutely no problem with any noise from the street that are windows...
