"Tres décu par le site hotels.com Il n'y a aucune section sur l'application pour recevoir des messages. Je n'ai reçu aucune notification comme quoi l'hôte avait envoyé des messages. Cela ne passe que par des emails et ce jour-là il y avait une panne informatique mondiale, dont une panne avec mes emails. Je n'ai donc jamais reçu la procédure à suivre. Cest en arrivant le soir devant la maison qu'on s'est rendu compte qu'il y avait une boite à clef mais nous n'avions pas le code ! Au bout d'1h...
