"Reception was non-existent. I waited for almost an hour and tried to contact all the given numbers listed on the front door but none of them were on WhatsApp or able to call with data. I then proceeded to go the hotel next door (Hotel Premiere Classe Rouen) to seek their assistance. Finally, got the code for the safe which kept the room cards. Based on booking, it was supposed to the smaller building, but room allocated was the building opposite. No other follow ups. I was not even given wifi...

"Our room was great and spacious. Comfortable bed, great shower. Very central and lovely staff. We didn't have breakfast as there are plenty of place nearby."

La struttura è molto silenziosa, abbastanza vicina al centro (15 minuti a piedi per la cattedrale) con un comodo garage annesso, ma di sera è facile trovare parcheggio anche fuori. L'ambiente è allegro, con piacevoli colori vivaci e il personale molto cordiale"

"De keuken was uitgerust om te koken. We hadden alleen geen schaar om een verpakking open te knippen Ontbijt kon beneden ( begane grond) Wij wilden per keer bekijken of we een ontbijt wilden maar dat kon niet helaas. Of alle drie de dagen ontbijten of niet. Dat was jammer."
