"Lobby under renovation that did not affect stay. Staff we interacted with were all kind, waterpark was great for young kids, walkway to water parks between buildings was chilly but expected for Christmas and water was heated adequately, playground was small and could use repairs, bridge to beach was newly redone, room was spacious and view of ocean from balcony for sunrise was perfect!"

"Great location on King Street, but the hotel is currently under renovation and the rooms feel dated. While the breakfast selection was excellent, the dining area was too cramped for the number of guests. The pool is large, but unfortunately, the chlorine levels were so high they caused skin irritation for my children. Additionally, the parking is overpriced and misleading; they charge per calendar day rather than a 24-hour cycle. For example, staying from 4 PM to 11 AM cost us $48. Between the old rooms and the hidden costs, I would not recommend this hotel."
