"Vor dem Hotel wird man gleich mit einem üblen Gestank aus der Kanalisation begrüßt. Danach fängt das Theater mit der Parkplatzzuweisung an. An der Rezeption erhält man einen Schlüssel für den Parkplatz. Vor den Parkplätzen hängen Ketten, die mit einem Schloss gesichert sind. Ich musste drei Mal zurück an die Rezeption, da der erste zugewiesene Parkplatz belegt war. Bei dem zweiten passte der Schlüssel nicht zum Schloss. Beim dritten war die Kette durchgerissen und es parkte wieder ein anderes...

"Service was terrible, they overbooked the hotel and then try and put you in an apartment that’s not part of the complex. When you ask to be moved to the room you’ve booked you get met with attitude as if you’re the one whose the problem.
