"A lovely stay right on the Great Yarmouth sea front. The hotel is decorated to a high standard with quality materials, and the breakfast was excellent, with staff being friendly and attentive. The only negatives are that the internet was very slow and intermittent (not a major problem when you're on holiday) and be aware that parking is on street in the local area so you might have to hunt for a space and be wary of leaving anything in your car. "Staff are brilliant here. Wonderful breakfast options. The Spa is amazing but sadly filled with people drinking Prosecco at 10am and talking loudly, being disruptive which means it is not a relaxing experience if on your own, or in a couple. "

"The hotel was ok considering its age our room was extremely noisy had no sleep for the two night's we stayed due to a busy road and the windows rattled so loudly the second night as there was a high wind we had to fill it with cardboard and tissue paper to try and dtop the rattle On the plus side the staff are lovely and the food great. "My stay was almost excellent. A lovely, clean room with good facilities and a comfy bed. The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. "What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights.
