"Great location and great property. Note that for longer stays you would need to supply your own Nespresso pods and toilet paper as they only supply a small amount. It gives you a feel for the Parisian life style. Very close to the Metro, great dining option nearby as well as supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay tremendously "

"Our apartment cosily fits four people with one double bedroom and a trundel bed/couch. The TV only has a range of french stations. The dining area is open plan with a clean hob, fridge, coffee marker, pans, cups, plates and a dishwasher. All clean and well presented. Although the apartment is small, its clean, cosy and much cheaper than the Disney park hotels. "立地場所は最高です。駅のほぼ真上がホテルですし駅もメトロもＲＥＲも何本も止まりますので大抵何処に行くのも便利です。ルーブル美術館やオベラ座も徒歩圏内です。お部屋もミニキッチンが付いており暫く滞在するにも便利です。スタッフも全く英語も話せない私たちに丁寧に対応してくれました。またパリに来たらこのホテルに滞在したいです"

"A really good stay. Easy to find. Self check-in with a machine outside the door if you arrive after hours. Really stylish rooms, kitchenette included and all the utensils etc. Quiet. Modern. Comfortable beds and really clean feeling. Was clean! Highly recommended for anybody wanting to go to Disney and wants to walk it. A 20 minute walk door to door. Straight out the hotel, cross the road, walk along e rover and your there. Great stuff! A tip for anybody who’s key card doesn’t work if it happens...

"Très bien comme appartement. Situé proche du chemin de fer mais nous n’avons vraiment pas été importuné. Nous avons le sommeil fragile et les murs sont super bien insonorisé. Nous le recommandons mais il est un peu loin des attraits touristiques mais super tranquille comme endroit!"

"I had the best experience staying in Le Patio hotel. The room was huge for myself. Thank you so much if it was an upgrade. Everything was extremely clean and I loved the natural courtyard. I will come back for sure."

"For a Parisian one bedroom flat, our room was very spacious and perfect if you’re traveling with more than 2 people. The separate living area, shower/tub, toilet, and bedroom is also a nice touch.
