"The room was clean. The property was beautiful."

"Water didn’t work one morning for 1/2 hr. Staff didn’t know why. We wanted to leave early but couldn’t as no one was able to use the bathroom . We had 2 rooms and neither had water. The night before, water was dribbling out of the shower. We thought maybe multiple people showering in the other units. We stayed 3 nights and the first 2 nights were fine. Bed was very comfort. AC worked well."

"My room smells bad, urine odor. The air conditioner wasn't working well. No hand soap at the sink. The shower room did not have enough lighting so we can't not see the sticky dirt, and the shower head was full of lime. The Wi-Fi was inexistent, sometime we have it and most of the time none. One family let their door opened and had baby crying at early evening and I had to complaint to the front desk for them to close their door. Very unpleasant stay in this hotel."

"The staff (both hotel and restaurant) were really friendly, but the room was terribly maintained. The bathroom wall had portions crumbling off, and a bed headboard cutout was missing its cover so a bit of aluminium foil was used instead. The restaurant dinner was bland and overpriced, but the breakfast was well stocked. Convenient for the motorway and ample parking."

"Familie værelse med to værelser. Separat bad og toilet en fordel. Højt til loftet og store vinduer. Ventilatorer på værelserne. Hotellet ligger på en gågade, dog er der flere (betalte) parkeringsmuligheder inden fof 300-500 meter. Parkering er gratis i weekender. Venlig personalet. Flot gammal bygning indvendigt. Både Luxembourg og Metz ligger inden for kort afstand mdd bil. På værelserne var extra puder. De største håndklæder, vi har oplevet på et hotel. Kvalieten var fin. Def var rent....

"We hadden 2 nachten geboekt. We kwamen binnen en de mevrouw achter de receptie was wel heel aardig. We kregen alleen geen uitleg over niks in het hotel, alleen waar onze kamer was. We liepen de gang in en het licht flikkerde.. alsof het een spookhotel was. De kamer was oké. Niet zoals op de foto’s. Het was heel erg warm en het hotel heeft een plat dak dus in de kamer was het heeel warm. Er stond wel een ventilator. We hoorden de buurman de hele nacht snurken.
