Beautiful hotel, it was still some construction b/c the hotel was so new. But we didn’t hear any construction noise so that was a plus. From check in to check out the experience was nothing but beautiful. Clean, classy, with a modern feel.

Very spacious rooms, brand new hotel so very modern and clean. Super comfortable and they offer free coffee and hot chocolate down stairs which was bonus to come back to from a cold evening out. Easy to access centre on a 15min bus/tram ride.
It iş a new Hotel and very close to the Shopping Center. Besides it is very convenient to reach to City Center by Bus, that there is too many Bus Line Möglichkeiten near to the Hotel
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room is small but perfectly adequate and comfortable. The shower was excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was very good throughout our stay.
We did experience a small issue with the air conditioning, but Katia, who checked us in, was also the person who later helped us resolve the problem. She was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, which made a big difference.
Overall, everything was fine, and thanks especially to the great service, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again

Hotel is far out from the main tourist area but that's not a problem as buses and trams are nearby to get you there. Public transport is free to use for everyone. There is a large shopping centre with a food court a short walk away from the hotel. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
Fantastic hotel all round. Really welcoming and friendly staff at all times.
The rooms are great size and very clean and housekeeping were prompt and effective every morning. The shower deserves a massive shout out for being so good.
Free hot drinks 24/7 in the lobby.
Only negative is that there isn't very much in the area after 6pm no shops or anything and it can be quite long to get into the city centre.
The hotel itself is very nice, the room is surprisingly roomy, bathroom is small but clean, and everything is brand new. The hotel is also reasonably well connected to public transport, with the tram around 3 minutes walk away. The drawback with the hotel was the Service, whilst the staff were kind, it was difficult to access certain things. At check in there are iPads, but we struggled with using these and no staff assisted, despite two being present on the other side of the front desk (bar area). Breakfast was too full, despite it being a paid option, and one day there were no seats available. The lack of a system for queuing at breakfast for items made things very difficult. The queues for coffee stopped access to juices and cutlery, which made things very difficult. In addition, we had to ask three times for things for our room (towels, toilet roll, bin changed) even though housekeeping is meant to be daily and not on request. The bar was difficult to be served at, with staff having to move between the front desk and the bar. With a few tweaks this would be a really nice hotel.
The size of room is too small for a long stay. No closet. Just a rack. No tissue. Some of the staff couldn’t speak English and weren’t very polite. There was hidden expences.
