It was good. I like the Best Western chain. The staff was super friendly. The only problem was we weren't able to get on the rooftop because of construction and somebody thought they needed to sweep the stairs in the stairwell at 2 AM.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was a reasonable size and clean. The breakfast offered fresh orange juice and was enjoyable. However, there was a discrepancy in the advertising, as the hotel lacked a swimming pool and rooftop access.

La chambre sentait l’humidité. Le rooftop, tant vanté, était inaccessible. Le petit-déjeuner est assez et reste moyen. Malheureusement, les autres hôtels à Thionville sont moins propres et moins soignés.
