"The overall experience was pleasant. I was just a little disappointed that the rooms are not modern enough and had no usb charging ports. The electricity sockets are square instead of using the universal round. Also has to choose between having the fridge on or using the electric kettle."

"The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed...

"Chose to stay at Cozy Palms while attending a conference at the Grand Palm which is nearby. Cozy Palms itself is fine, and the staff and manager very helpful. A basic motel-style place with cooked breakfast. Wifi was very slow with drop outs.
