"The room we had was spectacular. The location is great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the tub drain stopper in our room got stuck so the water wasn’t draining properly. We had to ask for staff’s help a few times. We were offered a change rooms but the other room was smaller so we decided to stay. It was a minor issue. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. "

"Ok, it’s about 20 mins walk from train statio. There is a bus stop yards from the hotel. The room I got was clean (and cleaned everyday) with ample room, a desk if you need to work, a safe, good hanging space, area to unload from suitcase, good size bathroom (shower not bath) and quiet neighbourhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a bar which I don’t get time to visit. Breakfast was fine. Ok limited cereals and scrambled eggs for vegetarians but there is a reasonable enough...

"The location to the train station could not have been better, it's literally across the street! The staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the checkout time was generous. Beds were comfy but the pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable. The room was extremely hot and I was thankful that the windows worked, since the AC they advertised on Expedia did not work, nor did the phones to call reception about it. I believe there might be local laws preventing it, but I stayed in a much cheaper...

"Hotel liegt gut, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Haben ein grosses Apartment gebucht, war insgesamt gross und die Einrichtung eher auf alternativ wie die gesamte stadt . Die couch im wohnzimmer war mit einem schloss versperrt, will man sie öffnen und drauf schlafen muss man 30 euro bezahlen. Habe sowas noch nie in meinem leben gehört, buche ein zimmer dass nicht gerade billig war und und muss 30 euro bezahlen um auf dem sofa zu schlafen... ansonsten ziemlich laut auf der strasse und bologna an sich...

"The hotel is in a great walking area but difficult for a car/parking. The bed was very uncomfortable and there is little in the room - no cups, no coffee, no fridge. The staff at the desk were not very welcoming no “Welcome to the hotel”” or “did you enjoy your stay?”. They do have a great breakfast and the area is authentic old town."

"Savhotel Amelia Bologna was an excellent experience. We reserved a junior suite, and it certainly was the right choice. Our room was very spacious with plenty of places to put our luggage. The restroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is well laid out and the amenities are top notch. We took advantage of the evening bar, as well as the gym. Both were very nice. The hotel is conveniently located, and we were able to walk to local bars and restaurants. Above all, the best part of this...

"Adorable boutique hotel, exactly the kind of place we love in a new city. Staff was great, breakfast was generous, and the location was superb - a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore yet still quiet at night for sleeping. Perfecto!"
