"I have been to the crane about 5 times and everytime I visit I fall deeper in love with this resort. It’s clean, beautiful and the people are amazing they go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is great. I appreciate that there’s always a kitchen in the rooms. My only complaint is the lighting as a woman who does her makeup every night on vacation, better lighting would be phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back the food, pools and beach are all 10 out of 10."

"Arrival date room smells very bad .Ac was not working. The out side of the balcony was full of bird poop . Very pleasant to look at out side and have all convenient but needs a face lift and more training for the cleaning staff .
